Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders are processed quickly, but if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
Q: Do you offer digital gift cards?
A: Not yet but we're hoping to have digital gift cards available in the next 6 months.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: We currently only offer shipping in the United States. If you're interested in placing an international order, please contact us and we'd be happy to help!
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Every product you order is made especially for you, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Based on what we've seen, domestic shipping times range from 7 - 14 business days.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Since each product is custom-made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we’re happy to work with you to send a replacement as quickly as possible.
